What to ask before you rent

Most complaints about exotic and luxury rentals come from the same few surprises. Ask these before you pay anyone, including us.

Get an itemized quote

1. What is the all-in price?

Ask for every line: day rate, delivery, prep or cleaning, taxes, and anything else. A low advertised rate can double once fees are added. Ask for the total in writing.

2. How many miles are included?

Many Atlanta shops include about 100 miles a day and charge $3 to $5 for each mile over. A weekend drive to the North Georgia mountains can pass that quickly. Ask for the allowance and the overage rate before you book.

3. What insurance do I need?

Ask exactly what your personal auto policy covers on a rental of this value, and ask your insurer in writing if you can. Credit card coverage often excludes vehicles above a stated value, so check your card’s terms. Do not accept “it is mandatory” without seeing it in the agreement.

4. Is the deposit a charge or a hold?

A hold is an authorization on your card that is released. A charge is money taken. Ask which it is, how much, and how many business days it takes to be released after the car comes back.

5. Will I get this exact car?

Some shops substitute another vehicle at pickup. Ask whether the listing is the car you will receive, and get the answer in writing.

6. How is condition documented?

Take your own timestamped photos and video at pickup and again at return. Ask whether the company records condition at both ends, so damage disputes are settled with evidence.

7. What are the age rules and fees?

Performance cars are commonly 25 and older. Young-driver fees vary a lot, so ask what applies to you before you pick a car.

8. Fuel, delivery and timing

Ask which fuel the car needs and what happens if you return it at a different level. Confirm the delivery area and handover time. Event weekends and wedding season fill first, so reserve early.

AgePerformance cars are 25 and older. Some BMWs open at 21 to 23 with a young-driver hold. Chauffeured has no age minimum.
DeliveryATL airport, hotels and venues across metro Atlanta, with a walkthrough at handover.

General market figures such as miles per day and overage rates come from published Atlanta rental listings in October 2026, and vary by company. Always confirm terms with whoever you rent from.

How booking works

1. Pick dates

Choose pickup and return, plus where you want the handover: Snellville pickup, ATL airport, a hotel or venue, or your address.

2. Real quote

We text an itemized quote and contract in about 15 minutes. Dates, mileage, delivery and length all move the number, so we quote it instead of guessing on a page.

3. Hold, not a charge

The refundable hold is an authorization. It only converts after you approve the quote and sign. If you decide not to book, it is released within three business days.
